Here’s how it works:
- Pick the length of visit, date and time below
- Fill out the reservation form, and add all the children’s details so Santa can amaze them with how much he knows!
- Complete the reservation by paying
- You’ll receive an email confirmation, including your unique link to connect with Santa when the time comes.
- You’ll get a reminder email shortly before you visit. gather everyone around in a quiet, well-lit area of your home, without distractions.
- When it’s time for your visit, click the link and enjoy your time with Santa Claus!
After scheduling your chat with Santa, you can also order our exclusive “I’m on Santa’s Nice List” medallion and certificate. Certificates are custom printed with each child’s name and can be picked up in St. Albert. (Details will be provided after you schedule your virtual visit).

What Length Visit should we Get?
Individual Family: Families with up to four children in the household enjoy a 10 minute visit. That’s ample time for Santa to chat with each child, find out what they want for Christmas, and congratulate them for being so good!
Larger Families/Small Groups: A 20 minute visit is better for groups with up to 16 children, logging in from different locations. Santa will have time to chat with each child so everyone has a great time!
Large Groups: Perfect for an organization’s family Christmas party, a 40 minute visit with Santa can utilize a breakout room so each family can visit Santa one at a time. I’ll provide some pointers on how to make this a fun, organized visit all will enjoy!
